Start from housing type and real switch count instead of asking customers to understand every device first.
About NexHome
Smart living should feel simple from day one.
NexHome helps homeowners plan, set up and use smart switches, aircon controls, sensors and home scenes without turning the process into a technical project.
Homes that understand routines.
The future smart house is not about adding more apps or more complexity. It is about a home that quietly supports everyday routines: lights that match the moment, aircon that is ready before you arrive, sensors that give useful awareness, and scenes that make the home easier for every family member to use.
NexHome focuses on practical smart home upgrades that can be planned clearly, set up properly and adjusted after real daily use.
What we care about
Simple planning, clear setup, useful control.
3, 5, 10 and 20-switch packages make the decision easier while still allowing design and colour choices.
AC controllers, heater control, sensors and garage access can be added only when they are useful.
The website sends the plan to WhatsApp so details can be checked before setup.
Q&A
Before you message us.
What setup support is included?
Website packages include device setup support. If electrical wiring work is needed, NexHome will confirm the site condition and scope through WhatsApp before the appointment.
Do I need to know 1G / 2G / 3G before contacting NexHome?
No. You can leave the switch design as confirm on WhatsApp. Configure it only if you already know your switch layout.
What is the difference between Z Hub and M Hub?
Z Hub is the standard hub included in packages. M Hub is the premium upgrade option for Apple app connectivity.
Do all homes need a hub?
Yes. HDB and condo homes usually need one hub. Landed homes often need more coverage, usually around one hub per floor.
Can I choose switch colour and design later?
Yes. The website can show selected designs in the review, but customers can also send the plan first and confirm exact colours later.
