What setup support is included?
Packages include device setup support. Electrical wiring work, if needed, is assessed and confirmed separately before the appointment.
What if I do not know my switch wiring type?
Choose Not sure yet in the Planner. We will help confirm whether neutral or non-neutral switches are suitable.
Can I choose my switch colours later?
Yes. Choose your Series 3 colours and gang counts in the Planner, or leave them for our WhatsApp conversation.
Which hub is right for my home?
Z Hub is included in each package. Compare coverage and device capacity in the Planner. M Hub also supports Apple HomeKit. Final suitability depends on your layout and devices.
Does building a plan mean placing an order?
No. The Planner helps you share your preferences with us. There is no payment on the website; we confirm the details together on WhatsApp.
